K2 is an attack & penetration-focused creator of offensive/defensive tools, exploits and tactics for security living. K2 is credited with inventing polymorphic shellcode and released ADMMutate over a decade ago. Other attack work includes standard exploits for many systems platforms and even the only example ever of a compiler backdoor that exploit's the very C specification of "unspecified behavior" in a way that allows for C backdoors to be implanted in code that are invisible to code scanners (MSVC, GCC, CLANG & ICC).
