Cancellation Policy - キャンセルについて :

• Once you submit your registration you are not entitled to a refund.
  いったん正式登録が完了すると、原則として返金はできかねますのでご了承ください。
• Fees are non-refundable after October 1, 2008.
  お支払いいただいた参加費は、2008年10月1日以降は、払い戻しできません。
• All registrants who do not submit a Request for Cancellation by October 1 or do not attend the conference forfeit their entire registration fee.
  2008年10月1日までに『Black Hat Cancellation Form』を提出されない方、当日カンファレンスを欠席された方の参加費は返金されませんのでご了承ください。
• Registrants who must cancel may substitute another person by submitting a written request. Please see the section on SUBSTITUTIONS.
  登録者の都合によりキャンセルが必要になった場合、代理出席者を書面により申し込むことが可能です。詳しくは「代理出席者を立てることは可能ですか？ 」の項をご覧ください。
• Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations. Black Hat does not accept liability for hotel or travel costs.
  個人の宿泊と旅券の予約とそのキャンセルの責任は個人にあり、ブラックハットは個人の宿泊や旅券の責任を持ちません。
• Paid registrants who cancel and do not substitute another person will receive a refund less a $180 processing fee if notification is submitted in writing on or before October 1, 2008.
  代理出席者を立てずにキャンセルされる方は、下記の『Black Hat Cancellation Form』を2008年10月1日までに提出していただければ、キャンセル手数料として2万円を引いた参加費の残額を返金します。
• If you cancel and re-register, and your new registration will reflect the current pricing as of the date of your final registration. You will be responsible for the registration fees as of the date of your final registration. Earlier registration pricing will not be honored.
  キャンセル後、再登録した場合、再登録した日付が最終的な登録日となり、登録価格は再登録した日付の価格が適用されます。以前登録した際の価格は適用されませんのでご注意ください。
• If you register, have not paid, and do not cancel your registration prior to the October 1, you will be responsible for the registration fees in their entirety.
  登録した後、期日までにキャンセルフォームを提出せず、期日までに支払いがない登録者は、参加費（全額）の責任が負わされますのでご注意ください。

Substitutions - 代理出席について :

Substitutions, including those made on site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via e-mail or fax by completing the Black Hat Substitution Request Form. Request the Black Hat Substitution Request Form from blackhatregistration at ubm.com

当日受付された方も含め、代理出席が必要な場合は、登録者による書面の委任状が必要です。以下のフォームに記入の上、フォームに記載の宛先までメールないしFaxにて送付ください。

A substitution is a straight transfer of registration credentials. If your substitution requires us to process a new payment, this is considered a NEW registration and the person will be billed the fees at the time of registration.

代理出席者には元の登録者の権利がそのまま移行されます。したがって、元の登録者が未入金などの場合は代理出席者には新しい支払処理が必要となり、新しい登録者として登録されます。その場合の新規登録にはその時の登録価格が適用されますのでご注意ください。

Payment - お支払いについて :

Outstanding balances are due at the start of the conference. Admission to the training and briefings will not be allowed and registration credentials will not be issued until all fees have been paid in full.

参加料金はカンファレンス開始までにお支払いください。参加料金の全額が事前にお支払いいただけない場合、トレーニング、およびブリーフィングスへの入場は許可されず、正式な登録者としての参加証も発行されません。

• Wire Transfers: If you are paying by check or wire transfer, please note that payment in full needs to reach Black Hat no later than October 1, 2008 or your training and briefings registration may be cancelled and the seat given to a paid registrant. You will be notified in the event of this happening. Please forward a copy of the SWIFT receipt and the Wire Transfer form once the funds have been sent.
  
  銀行振込： 銀行振込での支払は、2008年10月1日までにBlack Hat側で入金確認の必要があります。入金確認ができなかった場合、登録キャンセルされる可能性があります。行き違いを防ぐため、入金確認できず登録キャンセルの可能性がある登録者には連絡をさせていただきます。銀行振込で支払いを希望されるかたは、振込した後、「銀行振込用紙」や「取引明細」等の銀行振込をした証明書と、下記の「銀行振込フォーム」を、フォームに記載の提出先までお送りください。

• Credit Cards: We accept Mastercard, Visa & American Express. If your credit card is declined after two attempts, you must provide payment in an alternate form - either a check, US money order, wire transfer or alternate credit card. You will be notified in the event of this happening. All credit cards are processed offline the next business day. You must submit credit card form by October 1 for processing.

• Credit Cards - Change of Payment: If the credit card you provided us with has been successfully charged and you request that a different card be charged, you will incur a $100 administration fee.
  
  クレジットカード - クレジットカードの変更： クレジットカードでお支払い済みでかつカード処理も無事に処理できた方で、クレジットカードを変更したい方は、100ドル(米ドル)の管理手数料を負担いただくことで可能となります。

• Checks: If your check is returned to us as unprocessable, you will incur a $50 check handling fee and must provide payment in the form of a Certified Check or US money order. You will be notified in the event of this happening.
  
  チェック（小切手）: お送りいただいた小切手が処理不能な場合、小切手処理手数料として50ドル（米ドル）が請求されます。そして、Certified Check (支払保証付き小切手）、もしくはUSマネーオーダー（米国郵便為替）にてお支払いください。お支払いがうまくいかない場合は連絡されます。

• Purchase Order : Purchase Orders are NOT ACCEPTED for this event. Invoices are automatically generated at the time of registration but Black Hat does not agree to any terms of purchase orders. All Payments are subject to this Black Hat RegistrationTerms and Conditions.

Receipts - 領収書について :

Receipts are issued within 3 business days from the date payment has been processed unless payment was by wire. Receipts are only issued to registrants who are paid in full. Receipts will be sent via email to the REGISTRANT'S email address.

領収書は通常、入金処理から3営業日以内に発行いたします。領収書は全額お支払い確認できた方に発行します。領収書は登録者のemailアドレスにお送りします。

Coupon Codes - クーポンコード :

Coupon codes are only applicable to Briefings registrations. Only one coupon code may be applied to an individual registration. Coupon codes may not be combined. Coupon codes must be applied at the time of registration. Coupon codes may not be applied after registrations have been paid.

クーポンコードはブリーフィングス参加者のみに適用されます。１つのクーポンコードは１名の登録者に適用されます。クーポンコードは他の割引と併用できま せん。クーポンコードはオンライン登録時に入力しなければいけません。クーポンコードは参加費支払後には適用されませんのでご注意ください。

Group discount - グループ割引 :

Group discounts for Briefings are available for groups of 3 or more attendees registered and paid at the same time. Groups discounts for Trainings are available for groups of 2 or more students registered and paid at the same time. Please email [blackhatregistration at ubm.com] for more information.

3名様以上のグループでブリーフィングス一緒に申し込み、支払される場合はグループ割引が適用可能です。2名様以上でトレーニングに一緒に申し込み、支払 される場合もグループ割引可能です。グループ割引にて申し込まれる方は事前にメールにて [blackhatregistration at ubm.com] まで詳細をお問い合わせください。

• We cannot retroactively apply a discount to a group if they have registered as individuals.
  過去に個別に登録した方をさかのぼってグループ割引を適用にすることは出来ません。
• ALL groups wishing to apply for a group discount must contact the conference administrator [ping at blackhat dot com] PRIOR to registering online.

Non-Registered Guests - 登録していないゲストについて :

All persons on the conference floor must have a badge visible on their person at all times. Spouses, friends, peers, etc are not granted access to the show floor without a badge. If you wish for them to accompany you to any of the conference events you must register and pay the associated fees.

カンファレンスのすべての参加者はいつでもバッジを見えるようにしておいてください。ご家族やご友人、同僚などで登録をしておらずバッジを持っていない方 はカンファレンスには参加できません。もしその方々も参加させたい場合は登録し、相応の参加費をお支払いただく必要があります。

Badges - 参加バッジについて :

All persons on the conference floor must have a badge visible on their person at all times. Spouses, friends, peers, etc are not granted access to the show floor without a badge. If you wish for them to accompany you to any of the conference events including meals, reception, breaks or sessions, you must register them and pay the appropriate fees. Lost badges will incur a replacement fee.

すべてのカンファレンス参加者は、バッジを常時見えるように携行していただきます。ご家族やご友人など参加バッジなくカンファレンス会場に入ることは許可 されません。すべてのカンファレンス参加者は適切に登録された参加者であり、ブラックハット参加バッジを保有する方のみとなります。バッジの喪失は再発行 費が必要となりますので、紛失にはご注意ください。

Meals - 食事について :

Fees are non-refundable for any of the meal functions, regardless if you participate or not. Please select your meal option at the time you register online.

食事をとらなくても返金は認められませんので、ご了承ください。ベジタリアン等お食事のオプションはオンライン登録時に選択ください。

Full paid Briefings delegates receive lunch and Coffee、and entrance to the reception on the evening of Day 1. You do not have to purchase additional tickets for yourself if you are a paid Briefings delegate.

全額お支払いいただいた登録者には、初日のレセプション、ランチ、コーヒーブレイクがついてきます。追加料金などはございません。
